Ben Crane and Zurich Partner with SBP to Bring Families Home

 
PGA TOUR professional Ben Crane and Zurich Financial Services have teamed up again to continue in their fundraising efforts for St. Bernard Project (SBP). Beginning at the 2012 Farmers Insurance Open, until the completion of the 2012 Zurich Classic, Zurich will donate $100 for every fairway that Crane hits to the SBP! Crane and Zurich donated $25,000 in 2011 to the Driving It Home campaign.

“My whole family responded to the Katrina hurricane disaster in the gulf states. We visited New Orleans as a team and worked on restoring houses. The devastation is beyond belief. And the need continues. We have formed a partnership with Zurich and St. Bernard Project to continue to help rebuild from the devastation caused by hurricane Katrina.”

Driving It Home Pledge

Take the Driving it Home Challenge head on by donating to SBP every time Ben Crane hits the fairway between the 2012 Farmers Insurance Open and the completion of the 2012 Zurich Classic. Ben has already hit 244 fairways heading into the Masters, with less than one month of play until the Zurich Classic. All you have to do is submit your information below. We’ll keep track of how many fairways Ben actually hits, and an SBP representative contact you with more information. These are some ideas for pledges and the approximate total donation of that pledge:

$0.50 per fairway = buys baseboards for two rooms

$1.00 per fairway = funds 3 interior doors

$5.00 per fairway = buys flooring for half a home

$10.00 per fairway = funds insulation for a home

$20.00 per fairway = buys kitchen flooring, cabinets and appliances

$50.00 per fairway = pays for two full bathrooms

$115 per fairway = enough to rebuild one home
