The St. Bernard Project commemorated the fourth anniversary of Hurricane Katrina’s landfall on the Gulf Coast on August 29th. More than 300 individuals joined us at House of Blues in New Orleans to celebrate the progress that his been made in the region.

Thanks to our many supporters, we raised more than $50,000 at the 4 NOLA kickoff events and at fundraisers held around the country. The amount raised will allow us to help three additional families move home. We are only $10,000 short of our goal, which will allow a fourth family to move home.

The 4 NOLA kickoff event was the start of a yearlong effort to raise funds and awareness about all the reasons to be 4 NOLA and the enduring housing needs in the region.
