One of the reasons so many people are 4 NOLA is because of the great food New Orleans has to offer. We are inviting chefs across the country to join 4 NOLA and support the St. Bernard Project through their craft.

We have encouraged local chefs to reach out to their contacts and ask other chefs to hold an awareness or fundraising event at their own restaurants sometime in the next year. We ask chefs who are 4 NOLA to do one of the following:

• Choose a night to dedicate part of their proceeds to the St. Bernard Project, whether it be 10%, 20% or all revenue.
• Support a 4 NOLA awareness night, when they can remind people, through video, literature and their own words, how important it is to rebuild and restore New Orleans culture.
